We specialize in organizing retreats, and we take care of everything practical, with minimal effort for you.
With us you get an exclusive stay. In an environment that breathes peace and quiet, the silence is soothing and the night sky offers an extraordinary splendor of stars, your group will be the only guests. A wonderful place to recharge, meditate, converse and just be.
Here you find 12 nice rooms with ensuite shower and toilet, a spacious indoor shala for yoga and training sessions, rooms for treatments, meeting spaces, grounds for yoga and exercise, and of course access to miles of forests, lakes and a nice beach just below the house.
We take care of everything, from marketing materials and bookings, to cooking and accommodation.
You only need to plan the schedule for the stay and gather your group of participants. We take care of the rest.

Our rooms
Vildmarken hotel has 12 rooms with toilet and shower ensuite. They are large double rooms (queens size or twin beds) and in some there are additional bunk beds.
Our food
We serve a vegetarian full board, based on organic and local products whenever possible.
A retreat full board includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and fika.
Gluten and dairy free options are always available, . If you have other dietary restrictions, please get in touch with us so we can try to accommodate your needs.

Terms and Conditions
Leader down payment and cancellation policy
To confirm your retreat booking, you will be requested to pay a deposit of 5000 SEK (up to 3 nights) or 8000 SEK (up to 7 nights) + 12%VAT.
This deposit will be returned if the booking is cancelled more than 3 months in advance, or when the retreat is completed as intended. If somethings happens that prevents the retreat to be partially or fully completed, the deposit will be used to cover our costs.
In addition, the mandatory Administration fee (see below) of 3000 SEK + 25% VAT will be paid when booking the retreat. Please note that this fee is not refundable if the retreat is canceled.
Note: Should you have less bookings than the minimum number, we can still go ahead with your retreat, as long as the minimum number of guests is paid for.
Your payment for the retreat
There are two alternatives for your payment of leading the retreat. (Depending on tax and work permit regulations)
You have an EU based company
We will handle all payments from the participants ( full board accommodation and the teacher fee).
As soon as the retreat is completed, you invoice us for the teacher fee and refund of the deposit. We will pay you within 10 days.
Not based within EU or not having your own company
We will handle all payments and inquires from the participants for the full board accommodation.
You as the leader need to handle the payments from each participant for your teacher fee.
We will refund the deposit to you directly after the retreat.
If the retreat can not be completed?
If you decide to cancel the booking more than 3 months in advance, the deposit will be refunded. Participants will be fully refunded
If the retreat is cancelled by you 3 months or less prior to the event, your deposit will not be refunded. Participants will be fully refunded.
If we need to cancel the retreat, your deposit will be refunded, and participants will be fully refunded.
If you get ill or by some other reason can not lead the retreat:
- First, make sure you have a backup teacher within your own network.
- If not possible, we will try to find teachers in our network that can fill-in. Your teacher fee will be used to cover the cost of this teacher.
- If this is not possible and the event needs to be cancelled. Guest payments will be refunded, your deposit will not be refunded.
Administration fee
Admin kit 3000 SEK + 25% VAT per retreat
- Providing marketing material (print originals for poster, presentation of the event on our web site, facebook/instagram post)
- Sending 2 welcome emails with practical information for the guest’s arrival (at booking and prior to event start)
- Managing bookings & payments through our website
- Handling all customer queries regarding the retreat
Guest cancellation policy
We will handle payments from the participants. Below is our standard payment and cancellation policy, but this can be adapted based on your request
All participant prices include 12% VAT
Payment:
At booking: a deposit of 1500 SEK
28 days prior to the retreat, the remaining fee should be paid
Guest cancellation (Please check your insurance for any cancellation coverage)
- More than 28 days notice: the total fee minus the deposit will be returned
- 28 to 7 days notice: 50% of the total cost of the retreat will be returned
- Less than 7 days notice: 0% of the total cost of the retreat will be returned.
- The guest can send another person to use the booking, without any additional cost.
What a wonderful weekend we had here at Vildmarken. A weekend filled with love, community, good food, wonderful activities completely without demands, stress and pressure.
